About this event
Tuesdays from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at BODY. Drop in with us for an evening of Conscious Dance! This will be a lightly guided offering where we will drop into trance and be held by the beats of the music. There will be some light Somatic guidance woven in to facilitate deeper release and support personal embodiment in this Event. We will be moving with community in the Spirit of Healing, shedding and reclaiming our own unique creative energy.
