About this event
Queen Bee Music Association presents: Songwriting Santa Fe - A three-day songwriting intensive in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Help us kick off the weekend with a Friday evening faculty concert featuring award-winning songwriters, Martin Gilmore, Jono Mason, and Jules Hoffman in The Marigold Room. Happy hour meet & greet up in Lady Duff's Lounge before the show.
Tickets, registration, and more information about the weekend can be found here.
Martin Gilmore is a Colorado-based songwriter and guitarist whose music bridges folk traditions with modern storytelling. He has earned recognition at the Kerrville New Folk Competition, the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival, and the Telluride Troubadour Contest, and was recently nominated for an IBMA Momentum Award for Mentorship. Whether performing on stage or teaching the next generation of musicians, Martin brings a deep love of American roots music to everything he does.
Jono Manson is an internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter, instrumentalist, master storyteller, and an accomplished audio engineer and producer. During a storied career that spans over five decades he has played everywhere from the local dive to Madison Square Garden and has amassed an impressive discography that includes major label and indie releases on three continents. His work has been covered by numerous artists and has been featured in major motion pictures on network television, and in national advertising campaigns. Jono has produced albums for GRAMMY winners and local heroes alike through his studio, The Kitchen Sink, now operating under Engine 70 Studios.
Jules Hoffman (they/them) is an eclectic artist and visionary based in Northern New Mexico. As a singer-songwriter, Jules has toured, opened for major acts and performed at the SXSW music festival. Jules’ passion for music extends to teaching, taking them all over the world and all over YouTube.
Their music for children has drawn a substantial digital audience and GRAMMY consideration. Jules uses videography, production and visual art as a way to connect beyond their music. When Jules isn’t making music they are usually cooking for friends or hiking with their dog.
