- ➤ Tuesday morning, New Mexico justices denied Tesuque Village residents' emergency petition to block Bishop’s Lodge’s wastewater permit process and allowed administrative hearings to resume—Bishop’s Lodge will now potentially discharge up to 30,000 gallons a day from its new treatment plant instead of the current 14,700 gallons.
