ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Santa Fe police identified 42-year-old Steven W. Ballinger from Cañoncito, who died after being struck by a vehicle just before 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night at the intersection of St. Michael's Drive and Cerrillos Road—paramedics rushed him to Christus St. Vincent Hospital and the driver has not yet faced charges.  Santa Fe Reporter

  • Owner Bill Banowsky announced that the Violet Crown Cinemas in Santa Fe is now rebranded as Sky Cinemas as of today following the 10th anniversary celebration, and the theater will get new seats this summer—while keeping the same friendly staff.
