Ballinger from Cañoncito, who died after being struck by a vehicle just before 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night at the intersection of St. Michael's Drive and Cerrillos Road—paramedics rushed him to Christus St. Vincent Hospital and the driver has not yet faced charges.
