- ➤ TikTok comedian Aldin Hamdy is suing NMSP and the Department of Public Safety over alleged retaliation for posting satirical videos in which he wore a uniform taken from a Santa Fe dry cleaner—Hamdy claims his free speech and civil rights were violated after he announced his intent to seek civil charges in March 2024 and later pleaded not guilty in a related dismissed criminal case.
