ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • On Tuesday, the state court of appeals ruled that New Mexico law does not provide the protection sought by advocates in a pollution lawsuit that involved children’s concerns. Environmental advocates warned that the ruling may lead to more pollution and said they will appeal—while oil industry officials defended the decision as keeping court power and policymaking separate.  KOB 4
