A proposed Taco Bell in south Santa Fe is set to open on the north side of Airport Road between South Meadows + San Felipe Road after neighbors raised no concerns.

University of New Mexico leaders presented a proposal at the state Capitol on Monday, seeking $540M for a new medical school & $50M for stadium improvements.

They also requested $3M for residency slots in rural areas to help retain local doctors.

A roughly 20-acre commercial development is set to move forward south of Santa Fe as plans include warehouses, light industrial, and low-intensity commercial establishments on 1-acre parcels; officials said more details will be shared as the project progresses.
