About this event

Few cuisines are as deeply rooted in place as the food of New Mexico. In our Traditional New Mexican demonstration classes, you’ll explore the soulful dishes that reflect centuries of Native, Spanish, and Mexican influence. As our chefs cook before you, they share the techniques, ingredients, and cultural lore that make this cuisine unlike any other in the country. Sit back, enjoy generous tastings, and immerse yourself in the flavors, traditions, and stories that define New Mexico. Each class offers a delicious window into the region’s rich culinary heritage — thoughtfully prepared, beautifully explained, and warmly shared. Menu • Corn Tortillas • Cheese Enchiladas with Red Chile Sauce • Chicken Enchiladas with Green Chile Sauce • Pinto Beans • Posole • Capirotada (bread pudding) Coffee and iced/hot teas included. Beer, wine, and soda available for purchase. $110 per person. Demonstration Class. 3 hours.
