About this event

This round of Relational Alchemy is an invitation into a gentle, nourishing container for unwinding attachment wounds and getting your attachment needs met — re-patterning old relational expectations so you can bring more health and ease into your relationships and yourself.

Through somatic trauma processing rooted in Somatic Experiencing and Dynamic Attachment Repatterning, relational attunement, and embodied exercises, we create the conditions for your nervous system to soften, repattern, and reorganize — so that safety in connection becomes not just possible, but felt in the body.

As this work creates more flexibility in the nervous and attachment systems, what shifts in the group doesn't stay in the group — it ripples out into every relationship and space you inhabit. Greater ease in communication, the ability to express needs from a place of vulnerability rather than defense, and relationships built on care, trust, and genuine collaboration.

This is a space to discover that not being alone in these places is the medicine itself.
