About this event
For an extra cardio challenge workout, this HIIT circuit training class combines BodyBoard, Da Vinci Body Barre, Sandbell weights, and Pilates equipment, for the most complete, full body workout you've ever experienced. Must have previous BodyBoard experience. Classes are approximately 45 minutes.
