Beneath the layers of protective patterns, habits and accommodations that we have created in order to make our way through this world is our undamaged wholeness. By experiencing our innate qualities we can reclaim our authentic way of being back from all the distractions, obligations and protective patterns, and remain attuned to our wants, needs and dreams. In this series, we will be using Judith Blackstone’s Workbook for Women as the foundation for our work.
