About this event
A well-curated movement practice designed to increase flexibility, strength, and embodied awareness. Each class offers creative and fluid sequencing intended for students to experience their bodies in new and more subtle ways. Students will be offered modifications throughout the class based on their abilities. Classes weave intention, movement, sound, and breath to create a connected and grounded experience.
