About this event
We want this to be a special experience for both baby and parent. You will have your own station with a blanket and sheepskin for baby right next to your board. While your baby palys next to you, we will work on strength training, cardio, and endurance. Modifiable to meet you where you are with your body postpartum. 45 minutes including a stretch to finish.
