Zazen & Tea

Join us for our main night! Instruction for new comers is available at 6:00. We do zazen (sitting-meditation) in rounds of 25 minutes with 5 minutes of walking meditation in between. Roshi Henry Ryu'un Shukman gives the Teisho (dharma talk) at 6:30. Zazen continues until about 8:15. Dokusan (interview) is available with Henry during zazen after the teisho.
